Wünsdorf-Waldstadt was once known as “Little Moscow”; and indeed, trains rain daily between this forest stronghold and the Russian capital. Wünsdorf acted as the Soviet Union’s headquarters in Germany, and was the largest installation of its kind outside of the USSR.
